You cannot bring dogs to the main section of beach between 1 May and 30 September. However, dogs are allowed on the beach south of the tennis courts all year.

The beach also offers a yacht pond, a splashpad, green cliffs, and beautiful lawns, as well as bowling greens, tennis courts, and a trim-trail on the cliff top, providing an opportunity to take in stunning views of the beach, harbor, pier, and wind turbines.

Parking

There are two car parks, one near to the Gorleston Pavilion Theatre, and another halfway along the beach.  Both car parks are free. There is also some roadside parking available along the road at the top of the beach
